Methodology
Moderate activity counts once and vigorous activity counts twice toward equivalent minutes. Light activity is shown separately. Strength days are recorded separately from aerobic minutes.
A blank value means unknown; an entered zero means none recorded. Missing days do not count as zero or enter the sedentary average. Percentage comparisons need two complete weeks and a non-zero earlier week.
The WHO general adult reference is 150–300 moderate or 75–150 vigorous minutes per week, plus strength activity on at least two days. Your personal goal is separate. This Beta offers general activity education and personal observations, not medical advice or diagnosis.
Exclude walking already entered above.
For adults aged 65 or over, WHO also includes varied activity emphasizing balance and strength. Content review remains pending.
